The emails will be sent to the email address you entered on the form.



This e-mail address must therefore be correct.


Then there is a chance that the e-mail will end up in your spam folder. That is why keeping an eye on your spam folder is also essential.


It can take up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive in your mailbox.


If still nothing has been received after 30 minutes, please leave a message at https://tjibby.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new.


Please indicate which template it concerns and to which e-mail address you have sent it.


As long as you have submitted the form, the templates are still available for retrieval, and your hard work has not been lost.


To make sure that the emails arrive in your inbox, it's advisable to whitelist our domain name (tjibby.com) with your email provider!
