How does the Airtable system work exactly?

The Airtable template is a system that helps you manage content ideas in one place. When you add content ideas via the submission form, you attach a Canva template to each idea which then turns into an idea card.

You can write text for each slide in the card's inputfields and when finished writing the text, the card will disappear from the "Write content" view and reappear in the "Design images" view.

Here you open up your Canva template - once uploaded the designed images, this record appears on a checklist where you keep track of what needs to be scheduled.

As you can see, with Airtable's organizational abilities, you can easily work on multiple carousels efficiently without any hassle.

Plus Airtable is completely free to use for under 5 team members.
