I Have Not Received My Login Details! What Now?

First of all, make sure you've also checked the spam folder. 

Important note! When you've paid via PayPal, the login details are sent to the email address you use for Paypal.

If you still have not received anything after 30 minutes, you can do the following things.

Step 1 - Go to https://portal.tjibby.com/inlog and click on the "Forgot Password?" link.

Step 2 - Enter your billing email address.

Step 3 Check your inbox.

If the system doesn't recognize your email address, this means that either the email address has not been entered correctly or that something has gone wrong between the integration of the different platforms.

And we'll solve it as soon as possible.
